Job Responsibilities

• Take delivery of all incoming local/ foreign products and ensuring food safety
• Ensure that all outgoing products tally with relative invoices, in terms of description, quantity and quality.
• Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions (temperature, humidity) to preserve product quality
• Plan and manage the team to ensure efficient daily operations
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitary condition of cold rooms and equipment
• Ensure proper housekeeping in cold rooms
• Perform stock inventory and prepare reports
• Maintain security and control of store areas
• Forklift management
• Performs any other cognate duties as required

Requirements

• SC /HSC with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Innovative, enthusiastic and a team player
• Excellent organisational and supervisory skills
• Ability to work under pressure and odd hours
• Computer literate
• A valid Certificate of character
• Possess good communication skills (both oral and written)
