We operate a modern 12,000 sq ft factory equipped with the latest production and freezing technology. Our blast freezing equipment can reduce the temperature of pre-cooked products to -40°C in less than an hour, ensuring optimal safety, quality, taste, and texture.
Our in-house laboratory, staffed by a qualified food technologist, conducts regular testing and sampling to maintain the highest quality standards. Additionally, samples are sent to the Central Laboratory for independent testing on a regular basis.
We ensure the cold chain integrity of our products from our cold stores to our clients through transportation in refrigerated vehicles, monitored by temperature loggers to guarantee consistent quality and safety.
