Job Responsibilities
- Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaints
- Delivering accurate invoices in an efficient and professional manner
- Manage correspondence such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and others
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum HSC Level with Accounting subjects
- ACCA Level 1 would be an advantage
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Conversant with Ms Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Administrative skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
