Job Responsibilities

  • Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaints
  • Delivering accurate invoices in an efficient and professional manner
  • Manage correspondence such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and others
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum HSC Level with Accounting subjects
  • ACCA Level 1 would be an advantage
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.  
  • Conversant with Ms Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
