Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing installations, and metal structures.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, wiring, and fixtures to identify and repair faults.
• Carry out welding, fabrication, and other metal works as required.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a lot of repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members when specialized services are required.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer, Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and metal works.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to handle emergency maintenance outside normal working hours.
• Certification in electrical, plumbing, or related fields preferred.
• Valid manual driver’s license is an advantage
