Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the HR System including recruitment, training & development, compensations & benefits, staff welfare, performance management, personnel administration, counselling & guidance, and reward & recognition.
  • Manage all aspects of Industrial relations.
  • Ensure Compliance to existing Labour Laws.
  • Assist the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day activities related to HR.
  • Any other HR Related duties.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource / Business Management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HR field.
