Job Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the HR System including recruitment, training & development, compensations & benefits, staff welfare, performance management, personnel administration, counselling & guidance, and reward & recognition.
- Manage all aspects of Industrial relations.
- Ensure Compliance to existing Labour Laws.
- Assist the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day activities related to HR.
- Any other HR Related duties.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource / Business Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HR field.
