Job Responsibilities

  • Setting up, starting, and monitoring machinery, including performing minor calibrations and ensuring safety features are functional.
  • Moving raw materials, adding ingredients to mixers, and monitoring ingredient supplies to ensure a continuous flow.
  • Adjusting machine settings as needed, observing, controls and recording batch production data.
  • Troubleshooting issues that arise during work and reporting equipment problems to supervisors.
  • Adhering to written or verbal instructions, recipes, and predetermined procedures.
  • Open to changes in processes and able to work in various environments, including cold temperatures.
  • Working effectively with other team members to meet production targets.
  • Working on a fast-paced production line in a food factory setting.
  • Many roles, especially in frozen food processing, involve working in cold (e.g., freezer) environments.
  • Monitoring instruments like temperature gauges, monitoring settings, conducting quality checks on products, and verifying output for accuracy and flaws.
  • Keeping machines, equipment, and workspaces clean and up to hygiene standards to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
  • Ensuring food safety standards are met abide to food hygiene policy put in place
